Tip of the Week: Multiple Choice module nuances

The Multiple Choice module comes in handy when requiring the end user to answer a question with a list of predetermined options. For example, if you would like the user to choose between 3 different plans, it would be easiest to use the Multiple Choice module.

To create the best experience possible for end-users keep these tips in mind:

  • Restrict the number of choices so that it does not adversely affect the user experience (generally don’t exceed 5 options when using horizontal buttons)
  • If there’s more than 5 response options, use a drop-down list instead
  • Each option can have a specific route in the flow
  • Each option can be used to capture the user selection and move to the next module
